Gema Millán, Ingeniero Industrial, Postgrado en Ingeniería de Climatización y Máster en Ecodiseño y Eficiencia (UZ). En Fundación CIRCE desde 2013 como Jefe de Proyecto del Área de Eficiencia Energética. Desde 2016 como directora del Grupo de Eficiencia Energética, y actualmente, desde marzo de 2019, responsable de proyecto en el área de Industria y Energía.
